Meet Steph, founder of reSSil and SS Sweat

Hi! I’m Steph. I’m a sober woman based out of New York City. I am so glad that you landed here and am grateful for the ability to connect with you!

  • We are incredibly passionate about sobriety (or very supportive of those that are sober!) & deeply believe in the gifts that come from being clean and sober. Recovery comes first before everything else, no matter what.

  • Life is a marathon, even though we love a good sprint. We know there is power in the pause & value long term sustainability over short term gains.

  • Strength work (in any modality) creates micro tears in our muscles. muscles grow by a process called hypertrophy; our bodies repair and adapt from the micro tears to better handle the stimuli that caused the damage. We grow from the things that have “torn” us down.

  • No one can pour from an empty cup. We value personal growth and internal reflection as a means to serenity. Validation comes from within.

  • We are meticulously honest & acknowledge our shortcomings. We value transparency & strive to be the best version of ourselves in everything we do.

  • We love not only ourselves, but lead with love for others as we journey through life. Love is not what you say, it’s what you do.
